She informed me I needed to request services at check-in, which I wasn’t made aware of. The staff didn’t apologize for the inconvenience when I went to pick up the towels, which left me feeling a bit neglected. The breakfast options were very basic, lacking variety. Everything considered, my stay could’ve been much more enjoyable with better communication and improved attention to cleanliness.
